The Celtics are in the middle of a four-game win streak, with another game tonight against the Los Angeles Lakers. This will close out their short, three-game road trip before traveling back to TD Garden to take on the Golden State Warriors.

Jayson Tatum has been on fire lately. He scored a career-high 53 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves and was recently named Eastern Conference Player of the Week. Both Brad Stevens and Marcus Smart spoke about his play in recent press conferences. They both said that this is around the same time last year when he started to catch fire.

Smart has also been turning things up lately. After media comments came out about him not being a great defender, he spoke out against them calling out media members by name. His defense has been on another level since then, helping lead the team to multiple comeback wins. When asked if he thinks he’s back to his All-Defensive First Team forms, he has three words to say - “just getting started.”

Lastly, the guys talked about the NBA playoffs on the show. They discussed what they believe the best playoff path for the Celtics would be. Boston will most likely have to face off against Brooklyn, Philadelphia, or Milwaukee in the second round if they get there.

With the season wrapping up, NBA Awards are just around the corner. Who are your picks for all the major awards (MVP, DPOY, ROY, 6MOTY, COTY)? The guys give their picks near the end of the show so go check it out!
