The Celtics managed to hold on last night, taking down the Washington Wizards, 111-110. Although a few guys had solid games, it was Jayson Tatum who came up big when it mattered most.

Tatum finished the game with 32 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. He was the only Celtics player to score in the final 1:59 of the game, too. He was responsible for Boston’s last eight points, including two buckets in the final 15 seconds (one being the game-winner). This was one of his better performances as of late, as he continues to fully recover from the effects of COVID-19. He shot 12/22 from the field on the night and 3/10 from deep.

Hopefully this will be the Tatum the Celtics get moving forward as Jaylen Brown remains questionable for their next game. Boston will take on the Clippers tomorrow at 7:30 PM EST on TNT.
